Big thanks to Velvetstrawberries, for the tutorial and sharing on how to make the bookmarks, really appreciate it! i'm re-using bits and pieces of my jewelery that are already broken, i just bought the velvet ribbon and the silver clamps from ebay.
These are just for myself and i made their length longer for bigger books but I'm going to make the length shorter for smaller books to sell at the craft fayre. Will keep you posted once i've finished.

Those are just the prettiest bookmarks! What a great way to give a new lease of life to broken jewellery. My favourite one would have to be the crown one..it is just lovely. I am sure your bookmarks will do well at the craft fayre..those would make perfect stocking stuffers, for people to buy for their loved ones.

These are so pretty, Susan! I love that the ribbon is velvet...such a soft touch. I know what you mean about grabbing anything at hand. Now I've taken to trimming cards that people have sent,and using those as bookmarks.
