Happy Pink Saturday!

The weather has been really nice these couple of days that I spent alot of time at the backyard, playing with the cat or do some painting and photography, I also went out to Brantano yesterday and treated myself with a new sandal for the summer :)


and yep, it's got pink on it so it's perfect for my Pink Saturday Post! I also saw this pink van parked near the shoes shop that we went to and just had to snap a photo of it.


I'm smiling reading the slogan underneath which was sadly not shown fully in the pic, it says "Anything your husband Can't or Won't do, We Do!" and thought i'd better save the number coz i know my husband is not really a DIY person! :)

Even so, "Dial a Hubby" can't do one thing (or other sweet things) that my husband Can Do which was buying me this beautiful pink roses. Love the smell and the colors!

    I had to chuckle. Someone was just mentioning this business earlier this week. :) And boy, I could have used them last week when I needed to change out some smoke detectors. Come to think of it, they'd be great for helping with a lot of safety issues for our elderly parents who don't live nearby. If there's one of these companies near our parents AND if they check out ok with the better business bureau, it might be a good idea to add their phone number to the cell phone for our sweet seniors. Thanks for a great idea for Pink Saturday.

    LOL, my hubby can do all the DIY stuff, but flowers.....guess you can't have everything, all he does for me are my flowers. Enjoy those beauties, they are your DIY stuff. Grin.

    I certainly understand this concept: it would be nice to have a van drive by with a bell on it like the ice cream trucks! We could save up our repair projects for the weekly visit from the fix-it folks!

    Lovely pics Susan - those flowers are gorgeous, I had pink roses in my wedding bouquet. Great van - just the threat of calling that to park outside my house would probably get my husband picking up the toolbox!
